I’ve worked with this dealership for years, and every individual I‘be worked with has been not only helpful, but also kind, whether it was a simple oil change, needing a repair, or, as in this last case, individual I‘be worked with has been not only helpful, but also kind, whether it was a simple oil change, needing a repair, or, as in this last case, dealing with a totaled out car and the hassle of unexpectedly having to get a new one. A young woman spent A LOT of time walking through their inventory with me; the salesman was informed and very helpful; and the financial person was very helpful not only in setting up payments, but he also helped me get a refund on the extended warranty I had on my totaled car. All of the individuals I worked with made the situation much easier than I anticipated. More

Tristan Bracker, Zach Norenberg, and Ryan Fiala helped me get into a new Traverse. Tristan did an amazing job walking through all the settings, buttons, and OnStar before I left the lot. As always it was in general a great experience. The ONLY drawback was 40 minutes of Ryan trying to get us to purchase the extra maintenance and insurance. We get that it is his job but next time I The ONLY drawback was 40 minutes of Ryan trying to get us to purchase the extra maintenance and insurance. We get that it is his job but next time I will stick to our normal evening appointments for picking up a vehicle. We felt the paperwork could have been a LOT faster and when it is planting season in Nebraska and a farmer picking up a car, an hour for paperwork is a waste of time. More
