Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the overall purchasing process was easy and that you had a positive experience with our team. We are, however, sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the pricing and that you left feeling taken advantage of. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we never want a customer to feel unclear or uncomfortable about the final price of their vehicle. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to help us improve the experience we provide our customers.
