Made my Trade-In Transaction Painless, and Pressure Free! I went into Champaign Chrysler to see about trading in my new car, for something else, to get my payments lowered; Ryan Foley was wonderful throughout I went into Champaign Chrysler to see about trading in my new car, for something else, to get my payments lowered; Ryan Foley was wonderful throughout the entire process! He stayed late; past close, while working with me to put me into a newer vehicle that would fit my needs. I wish I had initially ventured into Champaign Chrysler for my first time buying experience one year ago, instead of where I ended up purchasing my car. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle, stopping in just to take a look and talk to the wonderful people here. When I got home with my car, I discovered it was due for some service; an oil change and brake fluid needing to be checked; the wonderful service department took care of me expediently and with such professionalism. Ryan made sure to follow up with me on the day that I brought my car in to have it checked out. You people are wonderful, you put me in my new car, and I'm really enjoying my new ride! More

Very Easy to Work With I had initially arrived at the dealership to take a look at a used Focus ST. It was purely an exploratory visit. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I had initially arrived at the dealership to take a look at a used Focus ST. It was purely an exploratory visit. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Ryan was outside ready to greet me and get to know my wants and needs that I saw in a vehicle. We then test drove the Focus, which I enjoyed. Cue the seamless transition into Ryan and I having a discussion with David about the pricing of the car, which never seemed too pushy. I was apprehensive about making a decision on the spot, and both gentlemen were understanding of that, but still kept the conversation going until we agreed upon a price that I felt comfortable with. At no point were either of the gentlemen abrasive, harsh, or condescending. They knew that I would not purchase without mechanics approval, and were happy to lend me the car for a couple of days to get mechanic's approval (which he did). This further cemented my decision to purchase. Although I did not finance through the dealership, Jim Swearingen and I had a nice conversation as we went over the paperwork details. Ryan, David, and Jim were all very personable and reasonable people, who made my first car purchase less of a hassle, and a smoother process than anticipated. More
