Ryan Foster checked me in minutes after I arrived. Ryan was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He verified my care was leased and that it was eligible for free general maintenance service. I’ve been a Brandon Honda customer for a long time. I’ve owned several Honda’s and currently have a 2016 Honda Pilot. But that’s not what I had a problem with. I also have a 2012 Dodge Ram 4X4 Hemi truck. O owned several Honda’s and currently have a 2016 Honda Pilot. But that’s not what I had a problem with. I also have a 2012 Dodge Ram 4X4 Hemi truck. On Wednesday 10/14 while driving my front brakes locked and were smoking. When I got home I (Pasco County) I called Brandon Honda and asked to speak with Ryan Foster who’s been my Honda Tech for a few years now. I even drove from West Palm Beach to Brandon Honda to have my Pilot serviced. I explained to Ryan that we were leaving for vacation on Thursday 10/22 and asked if I could bring it in. We brought the truck in the next day. Ryan went over everything and told us he could get it fixed. Ryan called us Friday 10/16 to let us know it was fixed! We picked the truck up on Friday 10/17! The entire front brake system was replaced; rotors, pads, master cylinder and fluids. We are blown away by how quickly this was done! Ryan Foster went above and beyond on this! This was not a scheduled appointment and it was major work and parts. This is why we will continue to bring our vehicles to Brandon Honda! Ryan Foster’s knowledge of all vehicle types is invaluable! I hope Brando Honda appreciates how knowledgeable and courteous Ryan Foster is! Thanks to Ryan we are headed to Tennessee in the Dodge! We are so very fortunate to be able to trust our vehicles will be fixed correctly and timely at Brandon Honda. Ryan Foster you are a superstar! Thank You! More
