On August 25, 2020, I took my wife’s 2019 HRV in for it’s second oil change.The technician that did the work noticed that the car had a nail in the front and rear passenger side. Unfortunately, I didn’t purc second oil change.The technician that did the work noticed that the car had a nail in the front and rear passenger side. Unfortunately, I didn’t purchase Road Hazard Protection so I was out of pocket for two new tires ($600). If the technician hadnt done his job, I would have left there with two leaking tires and eventually would have been stranded somewhere. Kudos to this guy. That’s my positive comment. Now for the downside. I had to wait in my car for 35 minutes before an advisor approached me. Unacceptable. Then it took 1 1/2 hours to change the car’s oil. Again, unacceptable. Then, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to,change out the two tires with nails in them. To me, unacceptable. My point here is that whenever I visit Brandon Honda, I end up waiting too long. More
