Such a great experience! I previously owned a 2014 Subaru Impreza sedan that was just "ok". I wasn't in love with it. I drive several miles to and from work everyday and wanted to add some "fun" to my commute. I have owned several standard transmission cars and look back at them fondly. I found a base model 5 speed Subaru Impreza hatchback and sent a request for a test drive online. We set it up and Ryan Franklin was my salesman. He was very kind and patient. Listened to all of my concerns about financing and made the whole process completely painless. I walked away with a car that is 4 years newer and a fantastic warranty for an additional $2 per month. I couldn't be happier and my new car is so much fun to drive! I'm in love with my car again! More

Loooove my Crosstrek! I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn't be happier! I have to drive in from Waterford to Erie everyday and I feel so much safer now. He wasn't pushy, and took the time to explain different options-leasing, buying a used vehicle, compared to buying a new vehicle. Allen the finance expert took a lot of time exploring different options for me. I left New Motors buying a 2015 Subaru, and actually wasn't stressed out. They made my son, and I feel comfortable with my buy. There were no fake sales pitches just straight forward down-to-earth conversation. After returning home, I mentioned to my daughter that I had been to New Motors. She said good move-they are nice people!!!! More
