I decided to trade-in my car and travelled an hour to visit New Motors dealership in Erie, PA. We viewed a few vehicles and entered the showroom. Within seconds, a salesman, Adam, met us and quickly hel visit New Motors dealership in Erie, PA. We viewed a few vehicles and entered the showroom. Within seconds, a salesman, Adam, met us and quickly helped us by questioning our needs and vehicle preferences. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Adam was friendly, efficient and trustworthy in all of our discussions. He arranged to have an SUV delivered outside so that we could view the options and actually experience the car through his explanations. We decided on a car and negotiated a fair price. The car was ready in a week. When we picked it up, Adam was patient and spent as much time as we needed to understand the basic options. We could also call him anytime with questions. In a couple weeks we can come back and spend some time with Beth, tech support specialist, to help us with any challenges to modern technology. Overall, we had a very good experience without the stress of purchasing a new car. More
