Well worth the trip!! My wife and daughter (first time car buyer) were interested in getting 2019 Subaru Imprezas. The two dealerships near me (in Buffalo) weren't giving us great numbers. I called New Motors Subaru and spoke with Rebecca Kovach who was wonderful to talk with. She was very understanding and was so pleasant to deal with. She got back to me promptly with an awesome deal for my wife and daughter without any games. We drove an hour and a half and worked with our salesman Ryan Franklin. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional, friendly, polite, and patient. He did a very in depth demo on the car for my daughter who is new to this. What a great experience for her first car! We also worked with finance manager Rob Kerner who was also very professional , friendly, and polite. He was very thorough and made the process very seamless. We truly felt taken care of during the entire car buying process. Thank you all again for all of your efforts......we will certainly be back!! More

Ryan showed us a 2014 Crosstrek! I love it! The process was very quick. The car needed front wheel bearings and Ryan set it up to have them installed at no charge to me. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a loaner over night. Our overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend New Motors for you next vehicle purchase. Ryan was very polite and has even called again to check to make sure i am still satisfied after the bearings were put in. The service department was also very polite and helpful for getting my appointment set up. More

Made a call to find out more, was connected with Rebecca, she helped answer all my questions as well as kept me in the loop when the vehicle arrived. I told her I was interested and would be making a trip (2+ hour drive for me) to see it. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Ryan, who Rebecca connected me with, and he showed me everything about the car, answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was sold on the car in the first 10 minutes and he made the sale as easy as possible for me. All in all I would certainly recommend this dealership. For the record, I typically view car salespeople as sharks, but not these guys. They took very good care of me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you New Motors! More
