From start to finish this has been the best car buying process I have ever been through. Their is no sales tactics with them, they are detailed, honest and their communication far exceeds any other dealer process I have ever been through. Service Dept. We have taken our cars to McKenney for service for several years now. Any time we had a service issue that required multiple tries to fix, it was obv We have taken our cars to McKenney for service for several years now. Any time we had a service issue that required multiple tries to fix, it was obvious the service adviser and technicians were trying hard to solve the problem. And they have quite a challenge with a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire with 196,000+ miles on it that was salvaged years ago! We've known Tim Spivey for 20 years so we usually work with him but we've found Clif Calvert and other advisers to be dependable as well. We do have a struggle paying the charges sometimes but occasionally McKenney has special service deals to help. Wallace & Lorelei Garrett More
