Stellar Sales Experience and That New Car Smell! I was very excited when the Kona model came out last year. I did my research and knew I wanted one and had planned out the color and option package. T I was very excited when the Kona model came out last year. I did my research and knew I wanted one and had planned out the color and option package. This particular combination proved to be a unicorn as the model was so new, no dealer around had my combination. No dealer wanted to help me out and make it happen either, instead trying to talk me into a different color and/or options or in some cases, even a completely different model than what I wanted. So I did not arrive at Napleton Hyundai with the highest of hopes or dare I say the best of attitudes. The sales associate that got stuck dealing with me was Ryan Hammonds. And although they did not have the color I wanted in the 2018 model, they had a completely new color in the 2019 model that I fell in love with. Still, I couldn't make it that easy for Ryan because now came the haggling part that most people dread when buying a new car. I wouldn't call this time spent with Ryan fun, but he was extremely professional, courteous, and completely in tune with my needs. Most importantly, he worked hard to make me happy. My review doesn't end with me driving my new car off the lot. My last two Hyundai's were bought from another dealer, and both of those experiences were done as soon as I drove off. Not with Ryan. He knew that I would have some trouble adjusting to all this new technology, and followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions. Repeatedly. I can't tell you what that attention to detail meant to me. Because I had lots of questions, so there were lots of follow-ups, and never once did he not return a call or get impatient. It's like I told both him and his boss - Ryan made me re-evaluate everything I have come to know about a car salesman. He broke every single one of those bad stereotypes. You know them all, I am sure. I would give Ryan Hammonds 100 Stars if I could. More

Great salesman I went in nervous about the whole car buying ordeal. My salesman was Ryan and he was a terrific person! New owner of Genesis G80 I was well informed of my car at delivery. Steve did a great job with orientation of all the features of my car. He even gave me his personal cell#. Ryan puts customers first What I liked most about Ryan is that he actually listened to my needs and did not try to sell me another vehicle or pressure me to buy the car. He was patient with me and made sure he answered all my questions. He also gave me advice on financing since it was my first time buying a car. He pulled my first choice up on computer got pull it to front for test drive. He explained all features to me ( even though I already owned Santa Fe) somethings were new to me.
