Carr Subaru has earned my admiration, respect and profound gratitude for the highest integrity, compassion and fairness they consistently give me. They worked with my extended warranty service company to reimburse for a covered service. On another issue, they prudently held off replacing a washer fluid reservoir when the warning sensor light was not reproducible (but will keep claim open just in case). I trust their workmanship. Service rep Abigail Gay has my best interest at heart - I appreciate that! More

Made an appointment for the 12 month service on my Crosstrek. Check-in was a breeze and my vehicle was ready to go within 45 minutes. The service agent was friendly and explained our options. One criticism with the dealership was the upsell for a cabin filter replacement. They quote my $69.99 for a $10 part and 2 minutes of labor. I think $29.99 would be fair. More

I've been a Carr Subaru customer for 8 years -- they are fantastic! Always helpful, efficient, very clear about what needs to be done, all of the options and costs.
