Purchased a new pick up truck Everything went pretty smoothly from the salesman to the store manager except for the gentleman that was selling the extended warranty. Once he figured out that I was very uninterested in purchasing the extended warranty I could tell that he was somewhat disgruntled over that. Before we finalized the deal I asked for an accessory to be thrown in and the extended warranty guy immediately said no and I said it would be nice since it is a brand new vehicle thinking that they would split it with me somehow and he refused too so I left. A few minutes later I got a call from the store manager and he felt bad about me leaving like that. He did not know anything about me asking for the accessory and in the end he ultimately took care of me on it and we ended up buying the vehicle from him because of that. More
