A little disappointed. Three to four weeks ago I had my C300 coupe in for standard service and new tires. I was also having problems with the latch to my fuel door closing Three to four weeks ago I had my C300 coupe in for standard service and new tires. I was also having problems with the latch to my fuel door closing properly. They did not have part in stock and told me they would get it in and let me know when it arrived. I never received a call. Meanwhile, I tried to put fuel in my car and I could get the tank open. I had no choice but to take my car in for immediate service. The part had arrived, but when I asked when did it arrive or why didn't I get a call, no one had an answer. I was obviously disappointed that it ended up being an emergency. I expect more follow up from a Mercedes dealership. More

Mercedes of Fort Washington by far have the worst service, It's not that your people skills are terrible but as a whole your reps are much to serious, all about business, no smiles and no interest in the customer. This isn't about the last rep that serviced my vehicle but my overral experience since owning a mercedes. The vibe I get is we're mercedes and we're doing you a favor (entitlement). Last but most important your service recommendations and sales tactics seem to take advantage of the customer recommending me to fix things that are not needed or passing the cost to me for things that should be covered under the manufactures warranty. Your warranties lack quality coverage something i would expect from an American made vehicle. I've had poor service from chrysler and Mercedes is right there with them. When my lease is up I'll be running my xxx right back to BMW that 750Li will suffice my needs and the service has always exceeded my expectations. More
