Air Filter wasn't tightened onto Throttle body.. Went in for my first service 10k service on my Sprinter. Got the car back and started driving, realized that the coolant was on low so I decided to ad Went in for my first service 10k service on my Sprinter. Once I opened the hood, I noticed the air filter hose that goes into the throttle body was completely loose! All the wires were not clipped back on where they should be. They did not top off my fluids.. they did not put the wiring back to how it should be coming out of a dealership.. and the air filter hose was completely loose.. if I wouldnt check, I couldve easily ruined my engine if debris would get into there since! More

Great Experience My 2nd Time Here I saw the car I wanted online and requested more info on it and they contacted me and set up an appointment and when I pulled up they had the car out I saw the car I wanted online and requested more info on it and they contacted me and set up an appointment and when I pulled up they had the car out already for a test drive. Knocked that out and came back and did the paperwork and drove off the same day in my new car. Loved it and they even gave me a free gift for my child because my wife is expecting, which prompted my visit to get a bigger car. Thanks Ft Washington. More

I have had bad experiences at other Mercedes dealerships/service centers. The Ft. Washington dealership/service center is one of the reasons I stay with Mercedes. Always receive great service without a hassle. I have a hectic work schedule and I have very little personal time. Mercedes Ft. Washington has always made it easy for me to have my vehicle serviced, I truly appreciate the worry-free experience and the respect for my time. More

Sterling Service I was able to bring my Mercedes C300 without an appointment on a Saturday to Express Service. I received a quote for my broken headlight, waited only a short time, and was charged less than the quote (which was based on an hourly labor rate but the job took less than an hour). Popcorn and muffins and coffee also helped. More

My only issue was the rep eating his breakfast while checking my car in. I understand it’s early, 9:30AM, but I also know that eating on the front line, while helping a customer is inappropriate.
