Air Filter wasn't tightened onto Throttle body.. Went in for my first service 10k service on my Sprinter. Once I opened the hood, I noticed the air filter hose that goes into the throttle body was completely loose! All the wires were not clipped back on where they should be. They did not top off my fluids.. they did not put the wiring back to how it should be coming out of a dealership.. and the air filter hose was completely loose.. if I wouldnt check, I couldve easily ruined my engine if debris would get into there since! More

Great Experience My 2nd Time Here I saw the car I wanted online and requested more info on it and they contacted me and set up an appointment and when I pulled up they had the car out I saw the car I wanted online and requested more info on it and they contacted me and set up an appointment and when I pulled up they had the car out already for a test drive. Knocked that out and came back and did the paperwork and drove off the same day in my new car.
