I made an appt with Amy over a month ago and arrived early I needed an oil change and inspection. I arrived on a Monday and did not pick up my car until Wed. Finally Tue at the end of my business day I received an email that I did not see until Wed. Had I received a call I could have picked up my call Tue. This was my first time having my car inspected and probably my last. In fact, I probably will NOT use you for future oil changes either. More
