They do a good job. But waiting an hour and half or two hours for an oil change is asking a lot. Past visits I felt like a vip, not so much lately. I will say that everyone is a pleasure to deal with in the service area. More

Phil was really helpful and informative. Andrew, who helped me when Phil was not there, was not great. I don't remember specifics other than that he didn't return calls. He just didn't seem comfortable in his job and hence did not inspire confidence. Other than that, everybody has been great. I did receive a call asking about an accident I had in the loaner. That was puzzling, as I had no accident. The check engine light went on when I was leaving Baltimore and I called Diane about that as soon as I noticed it. The woman who called about the non-existent "accident" was lovely and I think we got it straightened out. More
