I was a new loyal customer, leasing from them for 6 consecutive years. The entire time I was leasing, they provided excellent service. However, at the end of my last lease I decided to buyout the vehic consecutive years. The entire time I was leasing, they provided excellent service. However, at the end of my last lease I decided to buyout the vehicle. The sales team, management, and the service department clearly had bad communication. I barely had 27k miles on my 2018 C-Class 300 and they tried to charge me $1800 for all new tires to get it pre-certified, but the sales Rep stated, prior, that I should have no issues with getting it pre-certified so my husband put $1000 down to solidify the Used Pre-Certified Deal they were advertising, as part of my $3k buy-outdown payment. Once they told me about the tires I opted out of getting it pre-certified and requested a refund for the down payment, which the sales rep stated was 100% refundable. Once I requested the refund, they called me and stated now they could pre-certify it at no cost!!! This showed me, that this could have been the outcome initially, so No thank you and I requested the refund. They gave my husband such a hard time with refunding his money. We called 3x, spoke with managers, each time, and no refund was issued. Then when they finally said they would refund the money they tried to charge us $280 for a car diagnostic. We were never informed about a charge to determine if the vehicle could be pre-certified. On top of this, they denied me credit to finance the vehicle that I had already leased for 3 years. I explained to the sales rep in the very beginning that my credit had dropped since I leased the first two vehicles but I have never been late with payments to MB. I explained I was in a credit repair program. However my husband, who’s credit is top tier would have no problem co-signing or purchasing the car for me. Instead of making that an option, if I was denied, they never even attempted to contact to try and work something out. My credit has since, in 2 months, increased 32 points. Nevertheless, we are giving the lease back today, and I was approved to finance a beautiful Audi A6, same year as the MB I was going to purchase. How can Audi approve but MB wouldn’t? Initially, my husband swore we would only be purchasing MB, however, he now swears, after this back and forth, that I am banned from purchasing from this location if I ever want another MB. But honestly I am in LOVE with my red Audi A6 and I think I maybe switching over completely. More

My first visit to Fort Washington Mercedes Benz for a airbag recall. The service wait to check in at the desk was long, lots of people moving around and doesn't seems to be checking in customers. Disorganized. Didn't feel welcomed or directed well on arrival. Scheduled early service to have car done by a certain time. By leaving the car & not staying to wait, it was clear that they kept bumping me arrival. Scheduled early service to have car done by a certain time. By leaving the car & not staying to wait, it was clear that they kept bumping me to the end of the line. Wait time too long to wait but should have just slept in and come late to have faster service. Will look for alternate dealership for future service. More
