Did not feel trustworthy Employees treated me with suspicion and made us wait hours for "no longer than 15 minutes". First salesperson took one look and made an excuse for someone else to handle us. Was quoted 4.45% on the loan but it came back 7.25% despite an 800+ credit score. Upsold the extended warranty for a $1000 more than quoted. As soon as paperwork signed they started joking about how I had played them and I was getting such a deal, despite the fact that they refused to negotiate at all. So far vehicle is fine, I just don't appreciate BS. More
