Everybody was nice, polite and punctual. My husband utilized the working space while the car was being serviced. The bathrooms were clean. The technician who drove the car with my husband to My husband utilized the working space while the car was being serviced. The bathrooms were clean. The technician who drove the car with my husband to try to hear the 'clunking noise' was nice. The snack area could be improved with a wider variety of drinks and snacks...we're comparing it to the one that we were accustomed to in Fishers, Indiana. The waiting area needs better furniture and to toss the old magazines. Again, the area needs to represent a Cadillac dealership not a Chevrolet dealership. More
