He always was in contact with me- answering all my questions, sending me options and ideas to ensure I got the car I wanted within my budget. In the beginning of my car search I had been working with a sales advisor at a different BMW dealership and I quickly learned that the quality of service and communication was nowhere near to the level of service I received from Ryan. I decided I no longer wanted to do business with that dealership and I signed another 3 series lease at BMW of Minnetonka and am so appreciative and thankful for the service that Ryan Leach and his General Manager Jerry Moe provided for me.
