Ryan McDermott

Originally from Southern California and proud to have called Wisconsin home for the past 10 years, I bring a people-first approach to every customer interaction. Before joining the automotive industry, my first career was in pastoral ministry, and I also spent 2.5 years serving as a missionary in West Africa—experiences that shaped my passion for serving others and building meaningful connections. I’m married and the proud parent of four amazing kids, so family is at the center of everything I do. I speak English, ASL, and French professionally, and I love helping people feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their car-buying journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors in warm weather, hanging out with my kids, singing in my church choir, and diving into my favorite “nerdy” hobby—languages and linguistics. One of the things that brings me the most joy is helping people understand complex things in simple, practical ways.
