I purchased a CPO Equinox EV, everything went smoothly until I drove off the lot. OnStar didn't work, the GPS didn't work, and the vehicle wouldn't connect to the My Chevrolet app. The CPO process failed until I drove off the lot. OnStar didn't work, the GPS didn't work, and the vehicle wouldn't connect to the My Chevrolet app. The CPO process failed to catch what has now been diagnosed as a bad telematics module which is on back order. I reached out to the salesman who sold me the vehicle who suggested I bring it back in for service. When I called the service desk they said that they'd need to keep the vehicle for a few days and would not give me a loaner. No one at the dealership took accountability for this mistake, I didn't even get an apology. I understand and accept that mistakes happen, this would have been a 5 star review in spite of this oversight if anyone at the dealer had attempted to make things right after the problem was discovered. I ended up taking it to Courtesy Chevrolet for service. More
