Great prices for vehicles but horrible customer service and sales people. Prior to my purchase I asked several specific questions and I made my decision based on these answers. At time of delivery, I was and sales people. Prior to my purchase I asked several specific questions and I made my decision based on these answers. At time of delivery, I was told the information was incorrect and it will now cost me money to get what I need. I was told my car would be ready and they gave it to me without the dealer package requiring me to drive an other hour another day and wait there 3.5 hours for them to get it done. I was told the car was being cleaned and ready for pickup and that was not done. They did complete it when they installed the required dealer package, again costing me my time to wait for it to be done. I would never recommend them nor will I ever purchase a vehicle there again. My only option is to keep the car or exchange it but exchanging it requires for me to deal with them again and I do NOT want to do that. More

Paid $950+ for the dealer "detailing" and other work they said they did for a used vehicle (no option to not pay). Got home only to find every seat crack and crevice filled with nasty dog hair. The detailing said they did for a used vehicle (no option to not pay). Got home only to find every seat crack and crevice filled with nasty dog hair. The detailing was very surface level only--not legitimate. Spent 3 hours trying to vacuum it out and using duct tape to lift up the hair. In the process, discovered four tears in the seats that had not been disclosed. The tint they put in the year window is also blurry. I only received one key for the vehicle, and reasonably asked if they could comp me another key given all the troubles mentioned above, but was immediately told no. My sales guys were fine. I don't know who is behind that poor customer service decision, but clearly not the level they claim to have. Buyer beware and don't be rushed. Look very closely at everything on the vehicle if buying from here. More

Donald, the sales manager, listened to exactly what I wanted and did his best to make it happen! Our salesman Andre was amazing!!!
