It took a lot of work on Ryans part, work that he did happily and with so much conscientious respect. It can be hard trying to buy a car as a single woman sometimes. Often you get talked over or disregarded and that absolutely didn't happen here. Bengy was amazing. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my truck and helped me connect it to my phone. It felt like Ryan and Bengi were invested in helping me get on the road in a safe vehicle and one that I wanted - they didn't even try to talk me into anything else which was great! So- Bengi and Ryan = top notch! Aside from the impeccable service- I very much appreciated the dealership itself. Foundations is clean, well-kept and nicely decorated. There are several options for waiting rooms inside and outside, really good coffee, good vending options and great paper towels in the bathroom! Big plus! Overall, this is the best dealership I've been to. Ryan and Bengi are the best dealers I have worked with. I don't see me going anywhere else - even for an oil change. Ever. Thank you for everything! I wish all our dealer experiences had been this great! We bought an Equinox EV LT2 AWD, and there was no pressure or upsell. He then informed us of credits and discounts that we hadn’t known about — $16.6k total with the EV tax rebate!! And then Ryan Middleton in finance was also great. Fabian was excellent to work with. I was talking to about 5 or 6 different dealerships at the same time. All of them were obviously friendly, but some were way too pushy about getting I was talking to about 5 or 6 different dealerships at the same time. All of them were obviously friendly, but some were way too pushy about getting me in to the building for a test drive. Of course Fabian suggested I come take a look, but he wasn't pushy when I told him we had pretty limited free time to get that done. He actually listened to what I was looking for, other dealers would send suggestions that were way out of my price range or way more miles than I'd ever be interested in. Then on the test drives and in between driving and actually buying it, Fabian was super knowledgeable and answered all of my bazillion questions without showing any signs of being annoyed. Probably a good actor because I tend to ramble haha. He's a young kid but was more professional than a lot of people I've dealt with who have been selling cars for 20 years. I'd give him some bonuses or something to keep him around if I was the GM of the dealership! The only inconvenience was after I signed paperwork with Fabian I had to wait FOREVER to get back to finance and wrap it up. I didn't see a lot of people coming in and out of that area, but maybe they were really backed up. Maybe some snacks/drinks and a TV with something other than chevy promo videos would be nice for people if that super long wait happens often. (I'm not trying to whine, but it was over an hour of sitting around...some people might be turned off by that and take business elsewhere.) Overall, I'll definitely recommend Foundation Chevy for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great price on my new truck and a very fair value on my trade-in. More

I had followed a Silverado on-line for over a month and finally decided to take a look at the truck in person. Reached out to Gael who quickly set up an appointment. Gael called back stating the vehicle I was looking at had been "accessorized" to the Rocky Ridge edition. This update was never posted on-line. I had no interest in this update or the added price. Gael and his manager did a fantastic job of trying to find another truck in the color I wanted with a similar package. One was found but the Dealer did not want to trade. Gael mentioned that 2 Silverado's had just been discounted $10000 and had similar packages. Bottom line, with a fantastic trade value for our Trailblazer and the Dealer discount, I purchased a new Silverado at a fantastic price! This was my 2nd recent purchase with Gael and Foundation Chevrolet. We were treated as family both times. Gael is very attentive and willing to do whatever is necessary to make you happy. Foundation will make you feel welcome, comfortable and work with you with no pressure. More
