I don’t ever post reviews, but I had the worst experience ever at Gary Lang. I saw a Lexus rx330 posted on their website for $8,000 so I went to take a look. When I got there Colton the sales person informed ever at Gary Lang. I saw a Lexus rx330 posted on their website for $8,000 so I went to take a look. When I got there Colton the sales person informed me that the suv needed an air strut and that I could take it for a test drive. After the test drive I wanted to purchase the car with the exception of them fixing the strut. They told me that it had to be fixed before I could take it home and raised the price from $8,000 to $10,500. I asked why the increase in price and they told me they have to much into it and that I would have to pay for the repair if I wanted it. Stupidly I agreed to them repairing it because it was clean Lexus with low miles. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get the part and fix it which is BS because I called Lexus and they told me they could get it in 3 days. 2 weeks went by and nothing nobody contacted me I called the salesman and asked him what’s going on? Nobody kept me informed about what was going on. I told him I felt like I was put on the back burner. The Sales Manager Ryan called me giving me an attitude and left a message telling me he ordered the part and that they aren’t playing games with me. So finally the day it was supposed to be done they called me and told me they have to replace the other struts now Expecting for me to pay for it? . They gave me the option to get out of the loan so I did. When I went to get my old car, title and deposit Ryan had nothing to say no apology and didn’t offer to help find a new car. When I got my car back they took the my old plates and cut them up so they had to give me new ones which I didn’t want. They detailed my car but the wiper blades where ruined and my hood won’t close now. I asked someone for help get the hood closed and they told me they couldn’t because it wasn’t there job. I’m not the kind of person to complain but this was the absolute worst experience I ever be thru. I would never go back to Gary Lang or recommend them to anyone. If I could give negative stars review I would. It’s unbelievable how rude and careless they were More
