I brought my car in for a recall repair on August 11th, but the dealership did not provide me with a rental until August 15th. During that time, I lost a full week of work because I had no transportation. but the dealership did not provide me with a rental until August 15th. I called multiple times and was told there was no rental available, yet when I finally got one, it was a brand-new car with only 900 miles. While the repair itself was eventually completed, the lack of timely communication and delay in providing a rental caused me unnecessary financial stress. Very disappointing experience. More
