Ryan Murray always goes above and beyond as a service representative. He listens very attentionally to what is going on with the car and ask accordingly. I usually work with Tomm Burkart but he was out sick so Ryan Murray was able to assist me with I thought was major problem but turned out to be very minor. I’ve been coming to Crown Hyundai since I moved to the Gulf Coast during the summer of 2018. I’ve had a couple of different service advisors, but none like Ryan Murray! He was very attentive and sensiti Gulf Coast during the summer of 2018. I’ve had a couple of different service advisors, but none like Ryan Murray! He was very attentive and sensitive to my needs, as well as my tight budget. His approachable and down-to- earth personality was refreshing and he made it very easy for me to understand what my service options were. He remained in contact with me throughout the day and made me aware that I was, in fact, in need of some new brakes and we proceeded with the service. I trusted his experience and knowledge and above that, his genuine concern for my safety. He even took it upon himself to score me a coupon for a little discount for the breaks. I’ve grown up in the customer service world all my life and pride myself on the service I provide to my patients at my day job, as well as the customer service I provide to my customers at my evening job, so I’m fully aware of what to look for and what to expect when I bring my car in for service. Being a female that is not 100% knowledgeable in the automotive world, it’s very common to be taken advantage in these types of scenarios, however, Ryan Murray made sure that he walked me through the process making sure I was only getting what I needed at the time. After I picked up my car, of course, I made a quick visit to his desk where I graciously thanked him and that’s when he made sure I had his direct number, should I have any issues with the recent service or further questions about any future issues or questions. Before I left the dealership, I made sure to stop by the service manager’s office and proceeded to give Chris a top- notch verbal review of the above and beyond service I’d received from Ryan. Chris was very pleased to hear the good report I delivered about Ryan. I now know that I have someone I can trust to help me without up-selling me services or products that I don’t need and takes care of the issue(s) at hand. I left comfortably satisfied and relieved with Ryan’s attention and care where it pertained to me and my car. When it’s time for my next service, I will be looking forward to seeing Ryan again! Quite honestly, he set the customer service bar so high, that Ryan’s customer service should be the standard by which all automotive service staff should be held to!
