Battery Problems on Elantra 2017 SE Car would not star called Hyundia Road Assistance and they sent me Triple AAA. He told me the problem and got me started. I then proceeded to the local Crown Hyundia on 34th Street St. Petersburg florida. I explained what the problem was. That when Ryan Murray came to my aid got the car in the work shop. He told me it would be about 30min to an hour as they were busy. That seemed okay to me. Within about 20 to 25 mins Ryan came to me and told me the car was ready to go with a new battery at now cost to me. I would to say the service was excellent and the problem was solved. Above Excellent Service Due to the amount of driving I do for my job I typically need service every 4 -5 weeks. With my schedule and not knowing when I am going to be in tow Due to the amount of driving I do for my job I typically need service every 4 -5 weeks. With my schedule and not knowing when I am going to be in town it is virtually impossible for me to schedule appointments. I have never been turned away or felt that it was a burden when showing up unannounced for service. Ryan has always gone above and beyond with customer service and is truly an asset to Crown Hyundai. More

Top-Notch Service at Crown Hyundai A couple of months ago, I started experiencing random problems with my “check hybrid system” warning light on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. After A couple of months ago, I started experiencing random problems with my “check hybrid system” warning light on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. After several attempts at fixing the issue only to have the problem return a couple days later, I was getting pretty frustrated. My Service Advisor, Ryan Murray, kept me calm, explained exactly what solutions were being tried and what resources were being consulted to resolve my issue. He assured me that technicians WOULD get me back in a fully operational vehicle. I’m happy to report that it’s been about 2 months and I’ve had no further issues. Ryan was awesome throughout the entire process—great with follow up and status reports!! Crown Hyundai is my go-to dealership even though it’s not the closest!! More

Great JUST PLAIN COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY I walked in at 10:30 for what I thought was an 11:00 service appointment and was told t JUST PLAIN COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY I walked in at 10:30 for what I thought was an 11:00 service appointment and was told they had me down for 10:00. I asked Ryan if they could still take me. After talking to him and explaining to him what was going on with my car we both agreed that what I was coming in for was going to cost me a lot more than what I was prepared to pay for that day. I asked since I was already there could he please go ahead and see if they could do an oil change? He said sure, no problem! He did his thing, I went and sat down, watch TV, coffee, etc.........little while later, I get bored, go outside, look at vehicles, etc..come back inside, sit, watch more TV....... About 1.5-maybe 1.45 hours go by, I can't remember because I was so bored out of my mind, Ryan comes to inform that there is a nail in my tire... can we fix it? I say sure...no problem thinking this shouldn't be more than another 20 minutes max......Boy was I wrong!!! Another 1.5 later I was standing in front of Ryan wanting to know where my car was....... OK. So here's a visual....Mr. Murray standing between both desks.....He has a phone in his left ear, another phone in his right ear as he's dialing the service department. Whomever answered the phone got an earful of Mr. 'Angry' Murray because by the time I went to see where my car was, I was hangry, I wanted to buy a new car that I couldn't afford and I had already been there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and nail in my tire!! And from where I was standing, I could see it was still up on the tracks not going anywhere any time soon!! Needless to say, Mr. Ryan Murray did what needed to be done and got my car to me fairly quickly after that because I was ready to have some words myself with everyone working one my car!! He was able to arrange for me to have a complementary oil change and tire fix. That was greatly appreciated. I will continue to go to Crown Hyundai for all of my car services but not because of the complimentary oil change, but because they've taken great care of my car and everyone there is awesome! P.S. Word of advise for service dept....This is the second time this has happened to me. Service department should consider communicating a bit more about what's going with customers vehicles if there is a problem/other issue. The first time someone from the service dept. had left my keys on the desk of the service person who was helping me, and he had left for the day. I waited for over an hour after my car was done. Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone looking for my car.........COMMUNICATION More

Because of my past experience, I requested that my appointment be set with Ryan Murray. On this appointment, Ryan was personable, thorough and helpful. I asked about tire wear and he went the extra appointment be set with Ryan Murray. On this appointment, Ryan was personable, thorough and helpful. I asked about tire wear and he went the extra mile to have the technician take a close look at my tires as I near the 50000 mile mark on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I plan to ask for Ryan when I set my next service appointment at Crown Hyundai. More
