We were greated by Ryan Murray Genesis service manager. He went over what exactly was going to be preformed on our G90, and arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle while the car was being serviced. Once the work was completed he contacted us to let us know the car was ready for pick-up whenever we return to the dealership. Rayn made it very easy and pleasant having the car serviced. More

Ryan Murray is my service advisor at Crown Hyundai and is their go to guy for all things Genesis. I just had a number of routine maintenance issues resolved and was very happy with the results! Although it t their go to guy for all things Genesis. I just had a number of routine maintenance issues resolved and was very happy with the results! Although it took longer than expected Ryan kept me informed and I learned that perfection in maintenance sometimes takes longer than anticipated which made me feel better-knowing the work was being done correctly. I feel confident going forward that Ryan is one of the reasons I will continue to use his services as I have my maintenance done at this dealership More
