30,000 Mile Service Recently purchased a CPO 2015 Genesis and had to bring in for 30,000 mile service.and other minor warranty work. Ryan Murray was my Service Advisor an Recently purchased a CPO 2015 Genesis and had to bring in for 30,000 mile service.and other minor warranty work. Ryan Murray was my Service Advisor and performed an excellent job. All but one of my warranty issues were addressed and rectified. The single issue not cleared is an intermittent problem with the Blind Spot Indicator System not functioning. During the time it was with the dealer, it was working and therefore able to be diagnosed. I feel confident that Mr. Murray and the Crown Service Team will be able to solve the problem in the near future. More
