DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased a 2015 Sonata from the dealership about 10 months ago that is still under the factory warranty. I also went ahead and purchased the extend I purchased a 2015 Sonata from the dealership about 10 months ago that is still under the factory warranty. I also went ahead and purchased the extended warranty. I began having air conditioning issues and took the car to be serviced. I was told that the issue was caused by something "external" but the dealership was unable to specifically tell me what caused the issue. Though this should be covered by the factory warranty, the dealership is pushing the issue off to an undetermined "outside source" to push the costs off to me. For a car that has less than 40k miles and has only been in my possession for less than a year, this is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately - Crown has lost a customer for life. It is a shame that a dealership is unwilling to stand for its products and level of service. Rest assured everyone I know will be made aware of how I was treated. More

excellent service had to have help with a bad battery which was only 2 months old on easter saturday. Ryan Murray, service advisor had me come in after having a Nissan had to have help with a bad battery which was only 2 months old on easter saturday. Ryan Murray, service advisor had me come in after having a Nissan road service battery jump. He immediately took my vehicle in and diagnosed a bad cell. I received a new battery at no charge. I greatly appreciated his help on such short notice on a holiday weekend. he was both courtious and extremely helpful. He was also assisted by Jarett Ziemak. I consider Ryan Murray to be an excellent ambassador for Crown Hyundai Service. More

Ryan was Awesome!! I usually detest taking my vehicle to the dealership for service because I always feel I am being taken advantage of. However, after dealing with Ryan I usually detest taking my vehicle to the dealership for service because I always feel I am being taken advantage of. However, after dealing with Ryan Murray at Crown Hyundai Service that has changed. I first called the dealership to get some pricing for what I knew needed to be done and then asked about pricing for items that might need to be done just so I wasn't shocked when I arrived. Ryan Murray answered the phone and he was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions. I did not make an appt but took my SUV in the following day. Ryan was there and he remembered our conversation. He wrote up my repairs and did the work while I waited. I felt Ryan Murray was upfront and honest in his dealings with me. He asked me what my driving style was, how many miles, city or highway etc to assist me with what he felt needed to be done now vs what could wait. I had told him that we might be selling this one and getting a new one very soon. The dealership waiting area is very nice, clean and had Wifi so that I could get some work done while I waited. Ryan also made sure to tell me about Jarett Ziemak which is his counterpart in the event that I need assistance and Ryan isn't there. They are a dynamic duo! Thanks Ryan for such a pleasant experience!! More

Great Service Prior to me going into the service department, as I was getting out of my car a service tech offered assistance . After confirming my findings (brake light out) the service tech led me to the service desk. This was truly a sign of great customer service. At the service desk I was greeted in a very professional and polite manner by Ryan Murray. I must admit I did not expect to have my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes, but it was. I was very pleased with how attentive Ryan was to my issue and acted with a sense of urgency. Which was greatly appreciated.
