Great Advisor, Service. I brought my 2011 Genesis to this dealer for its first oil change since I purchased the car. It took 2 weeks before they could get me in for a Sat. a I brought my 2011 Genesis to this dealer for its first oil change since I purchased the car. It took 2 weeks before they could get me in for a Sat. apt. The services advisor, Ryan Murray, was professional and was very helpful. Since my car had never been to this dealer a full inspection was done. He went over all the results with me and made recommendations for other services that are needed. He also went over my warranty coverage so I know the dealer I bought the car from did in fact give me the coverage I wanted and paid for. I didn't give 5 stars as the day after the oil change I now have a check engine light on. I have a feeling that something wasn't put back to gather right and I can't wait 2 weeks for another apt. It may just be a coincidence but seeing as this was my first visit to this dealer’s service department and I am concerned about why the check engine light is now on. I will be getting it looked at by another shop to verify this new issue. More
