From the time I parked my 2001 Infinity G-20 in the parking lot of Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg I knew I had made the right decision to purchase my 20 From the time I parked my 2001 Infinity G-20 in the parking lot of Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg I knew I had made the right decision to purchase my 2016 Hyundai Sonata there. Naveed Kanchwala came out to greet me and I was immediately impressed by his demeanor. As an old-fashioned older woman I have certain behavior expectations of the people with whom I have interactions and Naveed absolutely met them! He is mannerly and respectful and pays attention to what you say to him. All of the negotiations regarding the lease of my new car had been handled by my son-in-law in Atlanta and Naveed by phone. All I had to do was arrive at the dealership with my trade-in, confirm the type of Hyundai I wanted, meet Leslie in Finance to sign papers, and wait for my car to be prepped for my purchase. Meanwhile I was introduced to Ryan in Service as I will be dealing with him for my first service experience in June. Naveed also kindly removed some items from my trade-in and transferred them to my new car for me -- what EXCEPTIONAL service! After the purchase of my new car I had occasion to call Crown Hyundai with some questions regarding how to operate the car and spoke to Ken Feck. Ken was super patient in talking me through what I needed to know and I am so grateful to him for that. EXCEPTIONAL service is what I experienced at Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg from the beginning to the end of my transaction!
