Took my 2019 Tucson in for 30,000 mile service. As usual dealer recommends over $600 worth of extras, do I actually need them, who knows. I just drive it. It's been a great car and I want to keep it that way so OK. I was told to let them check alignment and if it came back green there would be no charge (Whatever that means). Well 3 hrs. later car was ready and all went well, paid bill and as I was turning to leave the cashier asked if I got an alignment and handed me a printout of the alignment and guess what...it was all green. When I asked I was told that was the final result that they just forgot to give before printout but were very good and would not have charged if were all green. Can't help feeling a little taken advantage of but it is what it is. Otherwise Ryan was very courteous and professional. More

Ryan Murray did a great job with handling my car and making sure I got a ride both to and from the dealership while my car was being worked on. When my wife brought in her Santa Fe SUV into Crown Hyundai with her concern of burning fumes from engine or front brakes, Ryan Murray was quick to assure her they would look into it and get back to he Hyundai with her concern of burning fumes from engine or front brakes, Ryan Murray was quick to assure her they would look into it and get back to her in a timely manner, due to her emergency concern. Crown found the root issue, and my wife feels safer for it running good now, & honoring the 10 year original owner warranty from Hyundai! Thanks Crown Hyundai for having staff like Ryan Murray and your crew! More

I have used Crown Auto since 1987. We bought Accuras, Kias, and several Hyundai through Crown Auto. Everyone was always helpful and courteous. This was my first dealing with Crown Auto without my late husband, I was given Ryan Murray as the service rep to help me. He was so helpful and took care of everything quickly. I really appreciated this as I was waiting while the worked on the car. Ryan couldn't do enough to help me out. when I was about to leave, I noticed that an in cabin air filter I had purchased and (could not figure where it went) was sitting on the passenger seat. I mentioned this to Ryan. He immediately opened the glove compartment and replaced the filter for me in 30 seconds. I really appreciated his help. It is no fun being an old lady with no knowledge of the complicated things hidden in my car. If I need service, I will definitely call for Ryan Murray. More

I would give Ryan 100 stars if I could and I am trying to correct a review I submitted. It says to rate the dealership which I did and I gave them 2 stars however I now find out that it is actually a rating correct a review I submitted. It says to rate the dealership which I did and I gave them 2 stars however I now find out that it is actually a rating for the service advisor. I find this to be very misleading when it states that you are the dealership when in fact you are not! I believe the wording needs to be changed so that this does not happen to other people. Ryan deserves credit for doing an awesome job and should not be penalized for the something beyond his control and his CSI score should not be damaged because of it. He is the only service advisor I want to deal with at Crown in the future. More

Normally my review of Crown Hyundai would be 5 stars. BUT, in early November I took my Azera in for service and the panoramic sunroof shade not retracting. I was informed that the small part needed is BUT, in early November I took my Azera in for service and the panoramic sunroof shade not retracting. I was informed that the small part needed is not sold individually and I would need to purchase a new panoramic roof with a price between $5K to $7K for replacement. I simply had them remove the sunshade (for $700) and had my roof limo tinted (problem solved). While my car was with Crown Hyundai, having the sunshade removed, the service department broke my passenger side mirror, it will no longer fold in or out unless done manually. My service rep, who has always been great spoke to his manager while I was there getting the car (I noticed it, they did not come out and tell me) and verbally told me that they will fix what they broke. He sent me on my way with this, "Call me the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving when I get back from my Key West fishing tournament to see if I have found one. There are not a lot of parts available for your car because they no longer make the Azera, as you found that out with the sunroof issue. We will probably have to have the new one painted to match. We are accepting the responsibility for the damage as it was in the service department when it was broken." FAST FORWARD today is February 1, 2022 and this happened in early November 2021. I left a message in late November, no call back, called at least 2x's in December and left messages, no call back. Three phone calls with messages in January, one email from the clerk that answered sent from her to my service rep. I did an online chat which informed me she would have the "right person" contact me right away at the most within 24 hours and she emailed my service rep. One week went by after that chat and I left another message. We are now at 2 weeks waiting on the "right person" to call (which at this point I do not care who calls) and nothing except absolute crickets! I do not want to throw my rep under the bus. I do give my service rep 5 stars because for many years he has been great, and he personally did not break the mirror, but I took away 2 stars for not communicating. I JUST WANT MY MIRROR FIXED THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BROKE. More
