I read a lot of your reviews and found most were good, but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the ca but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the car is back in a week later. I’m calling Mr Barnes tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. More

Speedy but poor service. Service center agents are cavalier and apathetic. Customer service is well below subpar. I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly. There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything. The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits, but since they don’t care about it being fixed I won’t be returning. More

Outstanding experience, from the initial phone call to pick up from service. We experienced a major air conditioning problem on vacation...in Florida in July on the road...I was nervous about repairs bein pick up from service.
