We won’t shop anywhere else!! We were on a family vacation in KC and decided to brave car shopping on a whim with 3 toddler boys. When we got to Zeck we were instantly greeted and directed to sales, where we connected with Ryan. He knew we were going to be rushed and was extremely patient with us and went to work right away to get us in and out as quickly as possible! He also showed our boys a few iPads they could play on while we went over paper work! We left in a vehicle to test drive overnight, and came back the next day, on a tight schedule again, and they got us financed, an amazing rate, an awesome warranty, and out of there as soon as possible. It was the fastest and easiest car shopping experience we’ve ever had! Everyone at Zeck was great, and we extend a special thanks to the financing department and to Ryan, especially for helping entertain our boys! We appreciate you all and will absolutely be back! More

I spent a lot of time online researching Ford expeditions and Zeck co We very much enjoyed working with a Zack Ford and our salesman, Ryan O’Donnell. I spent a lot of time online researching Ford expeditions and Zeck consistently had some of the better deals for used vehicles. The day we bought our vehicle, we didn’t have very much time to spend at the dealership but Ryan was patient and efficient. The vehicle we decided on wasn’t quite ready so he set us up with a loaner and then drove our new vehicle to our home 1 1/2 hours away as soon as it was ready. We never felt pressured and Ryan was helpful throughout the entire process, he even bought us a second proximity key out of his own pocket. Great salesman and great dealership. More

Great Service and Car Buying Experience! I was shopping around for vehicles after having totaled my vehicle the week before and was checking out various sites in the buying process. I found the vehicle I wanted at Zeck Ford that had a very solid price on it. I went to their location to view the vehicle in person and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have various members of their sales team approaching me every 5 minutes, at all actually. It was a nice change of pace, pressure free and allowed me to just think for myself and take in the large assortment of vehicles for sale. I was short on time and went back a few days later on Saturday 06/01/2019 after having inquired online about purchasing the vehicle. Once I arrived at my scheduled appointment I was greeted by Ryan Odonnell to discuss the purchase. Ryan was great, really made the whole experience pain free, comfortable, and overall very easy. The vehicle had some paint chips in various places which we had discussed and he said they would touch those up for me. Which not only did he fix the ones I had seen, but I noticed a couple of other things after I left the lot with the car. I called him and he said he would get those touched up too. He provided me with a free rental vehicle for the day so I could go about my day while they worked on the vehicle. I came back in at the end of the day, and the car was ready to roll. He let me know that if I had any other issues to let him know and he would get me taken care of with them. He also offered to see if they could beat my banks interest rate for the loan if I wanted. He was an all around great guy to work with and very genuine, in addition to extremely helpful. If you want to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend and suggest you buy from Ryan.
