Not your typical car buying experience By the time I went to Zeck Ford for a car, I had been looking for a few months. I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for (a Ford Flex), and had g By the time I went to Zeck Ford for a car, I had been looking for a few months. I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for (a Ford Flex), and had gone to every dealership within 100 miles of me with one in their inventory. I had dealt with every classic dealership scam you can imagine. Everything from the classic “let me ask my manager” after every sentence during a negotiation to straight up lying about what the price was and hoping I didn’t notice while signing the paperwork. Zeck Ford couldn’t have been more opposite from these experiences. Zeck Ford calls themselves a “no haggle” dealership which is usually a turn-off for me, but unlike the others, Zeck’s vehicles are priced extremely competitively. In fact, their prices are what I had used to haggle at every other dealership I had visited! I had found a Flex in their inventory online that I was interested in and drove a couple hours that same day to test drive it. Ryan O’Donnell was my sales consultant and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely friendly and attentive to my concerns and exhibited none of the typical “car sales person” qualities that I had grown to dread. When I decided to go forward with purchasing the Flex that day, I was presented with a chart of all my possible financing options and was able to quickly pick what worked best for me. Even though Zeck Ford is a couple hours away from me, I will definitely be returning for all my future vehicle needs. I can’t recommend them enough. More

I had a great experience with my purchase of my new Ford. I felt it they had thrown in an extra key they could have gotten five stars. Since I have to pay $250 for an extra key and I wasn't told about it prio I felt it they had thrown in an extra key they could have gotten five stars. It was average. It was an average experience. They didn’t tell me they only had one key to the truck until I came to pick the truck up and all the paper was signed. I It was an average experience. They didn’t tell me they only had one key to the truck until I came to pick the truck up and all the paper was signed. I felt they should have offered me another key at their expense. Then I was given my title work and all it had was a POBox and a name of the finance company. When I called to ask about it I was given a voicemail and still have not heard back from anyone. More
