Horrible customer service. Went in the service department with an appointment for 9:00 am. Service was just a routine check. Informed that it would take 90 minutes. However, the service was not department with an appointment for 9:00 am. Service was just a routine check. Informed that it would take 90 minutes. However, the service was not completed until 11:48 am. I inquired why did it take so long because I had an appointment. Was told that the problem was caused by people showing up and getting service who do not have an appointment. Also I was told first come first served. I do not plan to return. More
