Ryan worked with us and we gave him an idea of what we were looking for. He showed us several options that all had the features we were looking for. He was able to find one that we really liked but was a little more than what we intended to pay, but Ryan worked with us and was able to get it into our price range, so we signed the papers and my daughter now has a car that she absolutely loves. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Ryan and Bommarito Volkswagen!! Thanks again!! More

Quick, easy, no hassles or pressure. Worked with salesman Ryan skyles on purchasing a used minivan and trading my old one in. Ended up not trading in due to a lower (but probably fair) offer but we proceeded with the purchase anyways. Quickest car purchasing experience ever. Finance guy took less than five minutes and took the first "no" we gave him without question or additional pressure. Waiting area is awesome. Best experience I've had buying a car despite them not making too much money from me on an older used car. In and out in two hours. Including test drive, negotiations, paperwork and a quick cleanup of the purchased vehicle. More

Poor Customer Service; Never Fulfilled Promises Salesman Jordan Tabb told me that locks were going to be fixed and the oil was going to be changed. Neither Happened! I was also denied Warranty cover Salesman Jordan Tabb told me that locks were going to be fixed and the oil was going to be changed. Neither Happened! I was also denied Warranty coverage when I asked about it. They told me that they could only give me coverage for $160/month. Horrible!!! More
