I had a blowout traveling through Columbia from Charleston to Clemson on I-26. AAA towed me to Dick Dyer Mercedes ( with my 2023 S500). Ryan Smith greeted me before the tow truck came to a complete stop and set about arranging for a new Pirelli tire, and while inspecting the car, determined that I had another tire that had a bubble and also needed replacement. Long story short - Ryan was able to jump on the web and contact my tire insurance company, which was different than the Dyer company, and got me on my way with 2 new tires at zero cost to me, and I made my dinner event that evening in Clemson. Ryan and Dyer Mercedes made what looked like a bad day into a great customer service experience, and I will always recommend them to my Columbia friends. More
