Customer waiting area clean with light refreshments. Technicians were pleasant and professional. I had to return to dealership because tire pressure in one tire was very low. Customer service is always exceptional. From scheduling appointments, service representative and getting my vehicle in and out of service however, I am not so pleased with my having to retu From scheduling appointments, service representative and getting my vehicle in and out of service however, I am not so pleased with my having to return my c300 twice the next few days after services for deficiencies and in being charged for something that should have been checked/caught before the warranty expired. That is unfair practice. More
