Great Experience Overall! I had been emailing with this dealership for a week or so to set up an appointment to see a specific 4 Runner. Unfortunately when I got there they had I had been emailing with this dealership for a week or so to set up an appointment to see a specific 4 Runner. Unfortunately when I got there they had sold the car I came for to my disappointment. Chelsea was so nice to walk me everywhere on the lot to try to find a similar car to what I had come in for even looking at sister locations to try to bring one in. When we went inside she worked really hard to find something for me, but I never once felt pressured or the hard sell from her. She was absolutely amazing to work with and I have been talking about her since I left! After a lot of back and forth, we found a brand new truck on the lot that she thought she could get me a competitive deal on. Not only did she work some type of magic to make the price where I needed it to be, she was patient and walked me through every step of the sale. I have had a few questions post purchase which she has been super quick to answer and beyond helpful! If you got to FA Toyota, ask for Chelsea (and have Ryan do your financials)! The only interaction I had that was less than positive was of that with another financial manager who interrupted the middle of a conversation I was having with Chelsea to try to give me the hard sell. Chelsea was working with me and this woman just refused to leave us alone. It was the only moment of the entire experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and I am very glad that I didn't have to work with her on my financial paperwork. More
