Went to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and got a great deal on a new Toyota Tundra truck. Also got "Better Financing" than my bank could provide. No high pressure sales tactics. Very patient and attentive to our wants and needs for a vehicle. Steven Rhoads was the mastermind in locating the truck we wanted. He expedited getting what we wanted, brought it in from another Fred Anderson location. Our price was one that no other dealer could beat on a new 2019 Tundra. Antwoine Taylor was our sales professional, he was quick with any answers to questions. Don is a total professional all the way with the Sales Management team. And Ryan in the Finance department has the patience and experience to answer all questions and does not rush you through the paperwork process. This is the car dealership for people that "don't like car dealerships". If you are leery of fast talking, salesman, bait and switch tactics, and cheesy antics witnessed at other dealerships. Best Car Shopping Experience! We had the best experience shopping for a new car at Fred Anderson Toyota today. Carey took care of us in a very friendly way with no high pressure t We had the best experience shopping for a new car at Fred Anderson Toyota today. Carey took care of us in a very friendly way with no high pressure tactics. He showed us all the features of the two vehicles we were interested in and we test drove both. We ended up picking the RAV 4 LXE. The financing was done quickly and again with no pressure to buy extras. From the time we got there to the time we left was only 2.5 hours and when I say they were packed with people buying cars I mean wall to wall people. Even with all that the experience we had was very personal. We can recommend this dealership and our salesman Carey without any reservations and will definitely be back when it is time for another car! More
