My husband and I are snowbirds and live 1,000 miles away, so it was wonderful that Steve in the service department was so responsive to our calls. I flew down a few days later and after learning that the car was totaled, I saw they had a used 2006 with approximately the same mileage in the showroom. The next day I met Matt, took the car for a test drive, and called my husband who said "go." Four hours later, with the paperwork all completed, Matt picked me up at my daughter's house and I drove him back to the dealership. Everyone at Fred Anderson was wonderful and made everything so easy. More

I found the perfect pre-owned certified RAV4, and when I noticed a small strain on the interior, Ryan offered to have the detailing team do a once over on the car, free of charge! Alesia in finance was very efficient and friendly, and when I changed my mind and decided to extend the bumper to bumper warranty, Bruce and Michelle took care of me and were great about it.
