Just what I was looking for. I was very happy with my experience here. I came in needing to trade in my commuter car for a small SUV. I found the perfect pre-owned certified RAV4, and when I noticed a small strain on the interior, Ryan offered to have the detailing team do a once over on the car, free of charge! Alesia in finance was very efficient and friendly, and when I changed my mind and decided to extend the bumper to bumper warranty, Bruce and Michelle took care of me and were great about it. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. More

Merissa (usaa member specialist) was helpful and without her follow up my wife and I may not have ended up visiting the dealership at all. Matt was helpful (and quite friendly) in explaining all aspects of the payments and warranties and was patient in answering any questions we had. I do need to mention that our interaction with the finance manager/director, bill, could have been better. My wife and I felt quite a bit of pressure to hurry and agree to the finance options he gave us. I understand the need to make money in a business, but buying a new car should not be rushed and pressuring customers to do so can be somewhat off putting. Again, overall fantastic experience, and if we were staying in the area we would be back. More

Our sales rep, Ryan Spence was patient, knowledgeable, professional and a top-notch representative of Toyota. He greeted us kindly....not pushy and listened to our needs. We had just left Rick Hendricks Toyota in North Charleston and were completely disgusted with the manner in which we were treated. Ryan restored our perception of Toyota and has set the bar extremely high!! His manager, Don Hesher was outstanding as well. These two make a great team and it really shows in their professionalism and the general demeanor of their communication. We also can't say enough about Christen in the financing office. My husband has an accounting background and her knowledge of interest rates made a lasting impression! What a smart young lady!! This is the first Toyota I've ever owned and it won't be our last. We ended up at Toyota to buy a used BMW and left with a 2017 4Runner that we love. Thanks Ryan Spence for all you did to help this tired and overwhelmed teacher!! I'll be sending my friends your way!
