I first talked with Carleen on the phone, then Dana, and when I went to the dealership Ryan Spence was my sales person. Alesia Durr handled the financing and she explained everything and was thorough. Ryan was a fantastic sales person! Since I already picked out the car that I wanted online, it was ready for me to test drive. I let Ryan drive first so I could look around the car. He took his time with the test drive and let me practice with the back up camera. He was never pushy and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't want. When I picked up the car to take home, he went over all the controls and set up the Bluetooth for me. I would definitely buy another car from Ryan and I highly recommend him to others. More

I was welcomed immediately by a representative and did not wait long at all to be introduced to the most wonderful salesman ever. His name is Ryan Spence. He had lined up the car I knew I wanted, let me test drive it, and prepared the paperwork in a very efficient and friendly manner. He explained everything to me about the contract then made arrangements for me to see the finance representative, Alesia Durr. She, too, was very efficient, professional and friendly even though I know she must have been tired by the end of the day. Alesia explained the options that were available to me and placed the financing with no hassle to me at all. Once everything was signed, Ryan showed me so many things about my new car and offered to be available if I had any questions or needed more information. More

UPDATE...Good people to do business with! UPDATE...I had to sadly lower my rating based on this one caveat: The tags on my turn in vehicle were supposed to be transferred. Alas they were not, UPDATE...I had to sadly lower my rating based on this one caveat: The tags on my turn in vehicle were supposed to be transferred. Alas they were not, so I received a brand new license plate in the mail. When I called and asked what do I do now, the response was use your new plate and keep the old one as a souvenir. About 3 days later, I got a call from Marsha telling me they had a new employee who screwed up and that I had to go the the DMV to turn in my new p;ate and have them transfer my old plate back. I took the time out of my day to go the the DMV to do this and was charged $10 transfer fee, even though it was not my fault. The dealership did reimburse me the $10 however. The DMV told me I now needed to go to the tax auditors office, as I should have a credit due. So the next day...again taking time from work, I went to the tax auditors office. They told me I had to return when I get my tax bill for the other tags, with a letter from Toyota saying they messed up. When I called the dealer to express my disappointment with this whole thing, Alecia Westbrook basically told me nothing they did was wrong. Alecia clearly did not comprehend what I was going through and what I was I was trying to convey! So we'll see what happens when I get my tax bill in the mail for the other tags! Grrrrrr.... They took care of me and my auto buying needs as well as made the turn in of my lease easy and flawless. Ryan is a superb salesman, for as young as he is. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied. I had some finance questions, and Eddie took the time to sit with me and explain everything to me...sort of a "Finance 101" lesson! Both Ryan and Eddie took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the deal made. I'm very happy with my new Rav4!! More
