A true gentleman who cares about his customers and whose actions put the customer first. We also had help from Allen's assistant, Ryan Teed, who did a nice job during the process. I have used Coulter for service as well and find the service department great to work with too. There are other Buick dealerships closer to where I live, but my experiences at Coulter have been so good that it is the only one I will go to. More
