This is the 3rd car we've bought from HC Hingham. We had a problem with the sales process. We knew what car we wanted to buy and wanted a price on it. We were siphoned to a call center sales person who ha a problem with the sales process. We knew what car we wanted to buy and wanted a price on it. We were siphoned to a call center sales person who had to follow a script trying to get us to come into the dealer for a test drive (which we had already done) and to get our trade in appraised (which we had already done). It was impossible to get a price from the individual as he is not allowed to give prices, but we couldn't get to a sales person because call center had to follow procedure to try 3 times before passing us on to sales. We like HC Hingham but almost left them due to frustration with the process. Once we complained to HC corporate we were treated as we expected. Recommend that they think twice about outsourcing their call center or at least adjusting the process. More
