I was skeptical about leasing, but Ryan was so informative, and told me nothing but great things about leasing. I ended up with half the monthly payment I thought I would have, and I have the option to buy the Explorer at the end of my lease, which would be for way less than buying it now. Overall, I'm so pleased with Mel Hambelton, and Ryan Trilli. I've already sent my friend in to purchase a vehicle from him as well. Thanks Ryan and the Mel Hambelton team! More

Purchased used 2007 F150 on 08/23/13. Truck had an issue with the suspension and has now been repaired. Yes we have some issues on our credit but we was told by numerous people at this dealership that they would help us and one of them is Lisa which is one of the owners and Phil which is the head salesman als numerous people at this dealership that they would help us and one of them is Lisa which is one of the owners and Phil which is the head salesman also told my husband that he would go over the numbers with us and get us in what we want.Well, that didn't happend. Very upset!!! When my husband showed up on friday Phil told another salesman give him any keys he wants to drive. I mean come guys we really needed another car. but i guess i was wrong since you are family owned and everything you would help a family in need but i was worng. Just got screwed again made me think i was at Rusty Eck AGAIN. And another thing i maybe a female but i do know what i am talking about when i hear a noise under the hood was told the detail guys go crazy w/their cleaners so it must have got on one of the pulleys. and also spark plug wires are sold as a set so a V6 takes 6 spark plug wires!! you dont replace 4 out of the 6 wires or as the stupid salesman says "you only replace the ones that are bad" sorry dude i know what i am talking about. SO if you dont have PERFECT credit dont go here!!!! I will never step foot back here i dont care if they give me a car i would tell them to turn around and bend over and i will show them where to put it!!!! More
