I am from out of town and I needed to bring my 2024 RAV4 in for routine maintenance. I walked away with a $500 bill and A handprint that took the finish off The exterior of my Passenger door. Their customer service is horrible… I have yet to speak to the service department manager, though I have tried several times This is not the level of quality Or customer service I would expect from Toyota!
